Thank you for shopping with One3 Athlete. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may increase slightly — but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once the order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Possible Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Holidays and peak seasons
- Carrier service disruptions
